Insurance Business has released its Elite Women 2025 special report today. The report identifies the New Zealand insurance industry’s top female performers. IB’s research team received dozens of nominations from across the Asia-Pacific and selected the top entrants based on criteria including leadership impact, innovation and commitment to societal wellbeing.
IB identified the leading women by inviting insurance professionals from across the region to nominate exceptional females in their own workplace or from industry partners. Those submitting nominations were asked to provide details of their nominee’s achievements and initiatives over the past 12 months, including examples of professional accomplishments and industry contributions.
The IB team reviewed the nominations and selected a final list of 71 winners. The special report profiles the winners and some of their challenges and achievements over the past year.
