Insurer Momentum Life has bagged the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for 2018, for the second year in a row.
Feefo Gold Trusted Service is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses delivering exceptional experiences, through customer ratings. It is given to businesses that use Feefo to collect ratings and reviews from verified customers.
Momentum Life received the badge of honour based on its outstanding commitment to customer service, with a Feefo service rating of 4.5 out of 5.0 for the stretch of 2017.

According to Howden, Feefo collects purchase-verified reviews from over 4,000 businesses. It ensures that all feedback is authentic and matches each rating to a legitimate transaction.
