Momentum Life has received its second Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award after winning it for the first time last year.
According to the company, the award recognises companies’ commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Momentum won the Gold Trusted Service award in 2018, 2018 and 2019, before stepping up to the highest Platinum level last year.
The awards are given out by Feefo, an independent customer review platform, based on ratings and reviews from verified customers. To qualify for a Platinum award, a company must achieve a rating of at least 4.5 out of 5.0 throughout 2020 and have received the Gold Trusted Service Award for three consecutive years or more.

The insurer also recently received the Reader’s Digest NZ 2021 Silver Quality Service Award for its funeral insurance offering.
