A board member of nib’s holding company, nib Holdings Limited, Chow purchased 46,000 shares in the company’s stock in a transaction last month. According to TechKnowBits.com, the stock was acquired at an average cost of A$5.84 per share, with a total value of A$268,640.00.

Aside from her board seat at nib Holdings, Chow is a non-executive director of Fisher & Paykel Appliances in New Zealand, as well as being a non-executive director of Global Dairy Platform in the US. She was previously a board director at Dairy Partners Americas, Riddet Institute, Massey University, and The Arnott’s Foundation.
nib Holdings, together with its subsidiaries, provides health insurance services to residents, international students, and visitors in Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. It operates through Australian Residents Health Insurance, New Zealand Residents Health Insurance, and World Nomads.
