Insurx has appointed Kyle Mckean as operations manager, based in Auckland.
Mckean will be responsible for the overall service delivery of Insurx New Zealand. According to the company’s statement, he will work to ensure the delivery of cost-effective, professional and customer-focused claims service.
He has extensive experience in New Zealand’s motor, liability, travel and commercial motor sector. Most recently, he was a broker at ICIB Insurance Brokers. Mckean’s prior experience also includes stints as a settlement specialist, domestic earthquake senior claims consultant, and he has also worked for the Earthquake Commission (EQC).
“Kyle brings an enormous wealth of experience to the Insurx team as we continue our expansion internationally – his understanding of the dynamics of the New Zealand market and verticals will help us with our services, technology and data focus in key regions,” said Sam Ratcliff, head of InsurX.
InsurX is the technology-driven third-party administrator arm of Claim Central Consolidated, an international claims solutions business headquartered in Australia.
