Insurance Business New Zealand (IBNZ) has recognised 28 rising stars in the New Zealand insurance industry in 2022, professionals in their 20s and early 30s who have proven that young people can thrive and rise quickly through the ranks.
IBNZ identified this year’s rising stars by inviting insurance professionals across the country to nominate exceptional young talent (35 years old or under as of March 31, 2022) for the awards. The IBNZ team then asked the nominees about their current roles, key achievements, career goals, and contribution towards shaping the insurance industry – the criteria used to narrow down the list of the most promising young professionals in New Zealand.
