AA Insurance has announced its sponsorship of the Holden Cup and NRL Telstra Premiership referees during New Zealand home matches this season.
The sponsorship will see the AA Insurance logo printed on the official NRL Telstra Premiership referee kit, as well as on the sideline touch judge’s flags at all New Zealand home games this season.
Referees will sport their new kit for the first time on Saturday 15 March, when the Warriors play the Dragons at Eden Park in Auckland.

“As a keen rugby league fan, I’ve seen the pressures a referee comes under during the heat of a match, but the NRL refs always stay committed to fair play and getting the game moving again.

AA Insurance will announce plans to provide a unique experience linked to the sponsorship of NRL referees in New Zealand over the coming months.
