In one lifetime, the average worker will spend 90,000 hours at work – that’s nearly an eighth of the average life span – according to data published in Happiness at Work: Maximising Your Psychological Capital for Success. With so much of our time spent in the workplace, fostering an environment that positively affects employees, and one that employees enjoy being in, is critical to the success and productivity of an organisation.
With this in mind, Insurance Business New Zealand wants to uncover the absolute best workplaces in the insurance industry for its first-ever Top Insurance Workplaces report. Open to all organisations within the insurance industry from major insurers to underwriting agencies and brokerages of all sizes, Top Insurance Workplaces will recognise companies big and small.
To participate, companies need to complete a simple online entry form providing details of what makes them a great place to work in areas like career development, training, remuneration, health and wellbeing and more.
The best will be announced on the Insurance Business website and newsletter later this year.
Entries close June 21.
