An international law firm that provides legal advice in insurance, healthcare, and real estate has made three new appointments to its New Zealand business.
DAC Beachcroft has appointed Richard Flinn to partner and Natasha Cannon as solicitor in their Wellington office; and Andrew Moore to senior associate in the firm's Auckland office.
Promoted in late 2016, Flinn has been with the Wellington office since inception and has a strong background in professional indemnity, statutory liability defence work, and subrogated recoveries.
Moore, who just recently moved up a rank, specialises in advising local and off-shore insurers on policy coverage and recovery actions caused by property damage claims and other first party coverage disputes.
Finally, Cannon, a general insurance litigation lawyer, joined the firm in early 2017, bringing with her extensive London market experience. She works with both local and global insurers, and specialises in professional liability, subrogated recoveries, general liability, and coverage disputes, among other areas.
