A global brokerage has announced a new appointment that will help leverage its global and local corporate health and employee benefits capabilities.
Damien Kelly joins
Aon’s health & benefits team, bringing with him more than 15 years of sales and leadership experience. Prior to his new role with
Aon, he led and managed the national sales team at Medibank for five years.
Speaking about the wealth of experience Kelly brings to the team, Jennifer Richards, managing director, specialties at Aon, said: “He has led the development of corporate private health insurance strategies and their implementation across Australia, with a focus on client acquisition, penetration, and retention.”
Richards said that Aon taps into the opportunity to deliver more creative solutions for the corporate health and employee benefits market in Australia with the help of its dedicated health & benefits broking team.
Kelly commented on his appointment, saying he looks forward to working with Aon’s team of specialists as they team up with insurers in offering unique solutions for clients and employees.
