The sector’s awards night will be held at Cords, Auckland on Nov. 22.
According to a news release, the awards will bring together all sectors within the insurance business to celebrate the accomplishments of businesses and individuals, in addition to recognising the industry’s continued support of customers, the community, and its people. ANZIIF CEO Prue Willsford urged everyone in the sector to apply and participate for a celebration of the industry.
"It is with great pleasure that we announce submissions for the 2023 New Zealand Insurance Industry Awards are now open,” Willsford said. "I invite you to apply and participate in this wonderful celebration of industry and I look forward to seeing you at the awards at Cordis, Auckland.”
There will be 15 award categories this year, all of which present opportunities for a wider range of sectors to be represented and recognised as the insurance ecosystem gets bigger.
A few months ago, Willsford announced her upcoming departure from the role after 10 years of service.
