Ease Insurance Brokers started its business in 2001, beginning as a different entity before taking on its current trading name in 2010. It is based in Auckland but serves clients across both the North and South Islands.
Ease Insurance Brokers offers advice in person, by phone and through email, and covers the full range of personal insurance needs. It deals with income and mortgage protection, redundancy insurance and health and life, and also advises clients on their wills.
It currently has three full-time insurance advisers, and works with eight insurance companies including Nib, AIA, Partners Life and Asteron life, among others. Its key objectives are to save clients money on insurance policies, help them choose from the best insurance products available on the New Zealand market and bring convenience and ease of access.

Michele Ball – Insurance Specialist
Ball has been involved in insurance since 1991 and has a long history in sales. She joined Ease at its inception in 2010 and is a Registered Financial Adviser (RFA). She is responsible for the strategic direction of Ease Insurance Brokers through sales, marketing and training.
Andrew Ball – Company Principal & Specialist Insurance Adviser
Ball also joined Ease Insurance in 2010. He started his career as a corporate accountant and 10 years later became a mortgage broker, helping individuals into home ownership. He spent eight years in the mortgage space before moving to insurance, where he now specialises in death and terminal illness, trauma insurance, disablement income protection and health cover.
Sandy Ng – New and Existing Client Contact
Ng was a finance and insurance adviser for seven years in Hong Kong before moving over to New Zealand in 2019. She spent time working with the largest insurance broker in Hong Kong, and obtained her Associate Financial Planner (AFP) certificate in 2015. She is currently the central client contact person at Ease Insurance Brokers.
