Insurtech firm bolttech has made its debut in the Middle East, partnering with stc Group, a leading telecommunications entity in the region.
This collaboration marks a significant step for bolttech, allowing stc Group's clientele access to integrated device protection services via a tech-forward platform.
The partnership is in line with stc Group's “DARE 2.0” strategy, which aims to position the company as a leading digital innovator on a global scale.
Both firms are set to investigate further avenues for collaboration, with plans to introduce IoT (Internet of Things) enabled solutions that go beyond mere mobile device protection. These initiatives may include safeguards for home electronics, healthcare devices, and digital security solutions.

Last month, bolttech Insurance, the Hong Kong general insurance arm of bolttech, launched a new travel coverage plan in collaboration with an online insurance platform.
