Prudential is set to reveal the findings from its “Medical Freedom Survey,” which explores the views of residents in the Greater Bay Area – comprising Hong Kong, Macau, and other cities – on medical autonomy and the demand for cross-border medical services.
Concurrently, the insurance giant will introduce a new protection plan aimed at aiding customers in attaining medical freedom throughout their healthcare experiences.
A media briefing has been arranged for July 11.
During this event, chief product officer Felix Fung and chief customer operations and health officer Candy Au Yeung will present the survey findings and detail the new protection plan.
Additionally, the briefing will highlight Prudential’s comprehensive health business strategy.
To attend, please email your details, including publication name, section, attendee names, number of attendees, mobile number, and email address to [email protected] by July 10.
The release of the findings from the Medical Freedom Survey and the new protection plan comes on the back of the launch of Prudential Hong Kong’s new multipurpose office for its agency team at AIRSIDE, a commercial complex in Kai Tak.
The new office covers more than 53,600 square feet and features boardrooms, lecture halls, and advanced training facilities. The Prudential Academy of Financial Service has also expanded into this office.
The amenities, event spaces, and customer meeting rooms aim to help Prudential Hong Kong and its agency team conduct conferences, lectures, training sessions, and customer meetings.
“I’m especially proud of our consecutive decade-long accomplishment of receiving the Excellence in Training Academy of the Year award from Bloomberg Businessweek (Chinese Edition) Financial Institution Awards,” said Benny Tsoi, chief agency officer at Prudential Hong Kong.
