Willis Towers Watson has won the Captive Consultant Award at the inaugural Asia Captive Awards 2018, sponsored by Labuan IBFC.
The global advisory and broking firm bested two other finalists to win the category, which recognised its expertise in risk consulting, captive feasibility studies, and analytics in emerging Asian markets. Judges noted the company’s Asia-Pacific captive practice’s strong case studies and multiple examples of sophisticated work with tangible benefits for clients.
“We are honoured to be presented with this award, which recognises providers of captive insurance consulting services who have demonstrated the highest levels of excellence,” said George McGhie, managing director, captive practice, Asia-Pacific at Willis Towers Watson. “It reflects our partnership with clients, integrating our captive, risk and analytics and multinational employee benefits capabilities and solutions.”
The awards ceremony was held on August 01 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
“We are also delighted that our client, International SOS, earned the Captive Owner Award,” McGhie added. “Our focus is to combine our local and global analytical, broking and captive expertise to help Asia-Pacific captive owners maximise the value of their captives.”
