How does one measure the effectiveness of their employee programs and initiatives?
Insurance Business Asia allows you to report how well your company is doing in terms of employee satisfaction through the fifth annual Top Insurance Employers.
This report involves two phases. The first phase is an employer form that allows participants to fill in details about outstanding programs they currently have in place. The second phase is an employee form that gets feedback from the participating company’s employees.
The employer survey is accepting entries until next Friday, May 24.
The Top Insurance Employers report will be published in Insurance Business Asia in September.
