Oneglobal Broking (Oneglobal) has overhauled its senior leadership team to reflect its significant transformation over the last three years.
The changes to Oneglobal's senior leadership team include:
The trio will report to Oneglobal group CEO Mike Reynolds.
Additionally, David Lum became the chairman of OGB Asia. Meanwhile, Luca Garbarino took on the role of executive director and group deputy chairman and will join Oneglobal's main board, reflecting his unstinting service to the group over the past 20 years. Both will report to Jonathan Palmer-Brown, group chairman.
Aside from shaking up the leadership team, Oneglobal will establish a global executive committee, chaired by Mike Reynolds.
The following are the committee's other members:
The members will collaborate to ensure that the broker continues to deliver on its objectives.
Additionally, Oneglobal will establish a global specialty committee, chaired by Roger Spicer, with representation from senior specialty and geographic leaders to ensure the coordination and delivery of the broker's strengths to clients worldwide.
“I am delighted to announce these changes today, which substantially strengthen the leadership team of Oneglobal, reflecting the rapid growth and the increasingly important contribution of our international operations alongside our deep London Specialty expertise,” Reynolds said. “We are proud that so many talented colleagues have joined Oneglobal in the last three years, and we remain hugely excited by the opportunity to continue building a truly global, client-focused, specialty insurance and reinsurance broker.”
The leadership team overhaul follows the appointment of Andrew Harris as Oneglobal's new executive director – reinsurance for its Singapore operation.
