Automaker Mazda has partnered with the insurance brokerage arm of TISCO Bank in Thailand to offer special privileges for customers under the Mazda Premium Insurance program.
According to Chanchai Trakarnudomsuk, president of Mazda Sales Thailand, the number of Mazda vehicles on Thai roads has grown immensely in the past few years, so the company is prioritizing aftersales service to maximise its customers’ satisfaction.
“We are working on improving the customer experience and recently appointed TISCO as our official insurance broker, serving all Mazda customers with the Mazda Premium Insurance policy,” Chanchai said.
Sakchai Peechapat, president of TISCO Bank, said in response: “The purpose in this collaboration between Mazda and TISCO is to create the highest level of confidence and satisfaction for Mazda customers."
“Customers have a variety of attractive choices from five insurance companies selected by TISCO,” he added.
The Mazda Premium Insurance program covers various damage types and provides additional privileges for policyholders. It includes genuine Mazda parts and repair at Mazda’s body and paint facility, or at Mazda-approved facilities all around Thailand.
Other benefits include 24-hour roadside assistance, towing service, and technical advice in case of road accident or emergency.
The program is implemented in cooperation with the following insurers: Viriya Insurance, Thanachart Insurance, Safety Insurance, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance, and Sinmunkong Insurance.
