Manulife Hong Kong has received its thirteenth consecutive
Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Award in the insurance category, as well as its fifth-ever in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) category. It also won
Next Magazine’s Top Service Award in the MPF category.
Guy Mills, CEO of Manulife (International) Limited, commented: "Manulife has gained a reputation over the years both within the industry and with the public at large for its committed efforts to provide quality service. This has recently been reinforced by our mission in seeing everything we do through the eyes of our customers. Hence our continued success when it comes to service, which after all underpins the public’s conception of a brand to be trusted."
The Reader’s Digest Awards are based on a representative consumer survey, encompassing around 7,500 in five markets across Asia. Respondents are asked to rate brands based on criteria such as trustworthiness and credibility, quality, value, understanding of consumer needs, innovation and social responsibility.
The Top Service Award by Next Magazine was started in 1990 and aims to acknowledge companies’ successes in achieving customer service excellence. The annual award is decided via public balloting.
