Manulife has named HyounJoo Choe (pictured above) as chief customer officer for Hong Kong and Macau. She will head all customer experience and strategic marketing functions including marketing, customer relationship management, advanced analytics, insights and corporate communications.
Choe was most recently regional head of customer experience (CX) and design at Manulife Asia, where she oversaw the CX transformation agenda, with a goal to drive strong customer engagement and deliver strong results in relationship and transactional CX scores.
