Leading insurance brokerage Latitude Brokers has announced its official launch in Singapore
The Hong Kong-based broker will open its second Asian office in Singapore as the business takes a step forward in their growth strategy.
Marine specialists, Latitude will look to take advantage of the growing Singaporean market following approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Charles D’Alton, founding partner and head of the Singapore office said.
“We are very pleased to have received approval from the
MAS and are excited to be at the centre of Singapore’s vibrant shipping and insurance market,” D’Alton said.
Founding partner, Tom Fulford-Smith, noted that the business will look to build on its strong relationships throughout Asia as the company continues its regional growth.
“We are very much looking forward to opening the office in Singapore and adding to the excellent client relationships we have built up in the region since we launched just over 18 months ago.”
The business has been granted both a direct and reinsurance licence by MAS.
