The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has appointed Kenny Siu as its new regional director for Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong.
The move, according to a statement from the CII, further supports the organisation’s international growth objectives in Hong Kong and key markets across Asia-Pacific.
Reporting directly to Keith Richards, CII’s managing director and CEO of the personal finance society, Siu will lead the CII Hong Kong team to engage and grow its membership in both the domestic and international markets, as well as strengthening established relationships in the region.
Siu has more than 30 years of experience in both the general insurance and financial planning professions. He joins CII from Standard Life, where he held various roles, including director of alternative distribution, sales director, and regional sales director.
