The Insurance Claims Complaints Panel (ICCP) will convene a press briefing on Friday.
The focus of this briefing will be to disseminate the annual report detailing the statistics related to complaints about insurance claims throughout 2023. This briefing will also highlight selected cases for the sake of public awareness.
The event is scheduled to commence at 11:00 am in the conference room at the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers, on the 29th floor of Sunshine Plaza, 353 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
The briefing will be led by Michael Tsui, chairman of the ICCP. He will be joined by fellow panel members, including Vanessa Lau, Orchis Li, Lars Nielsen, and Jonathan Yau.
