Generali Thailand has relocated its head office to Park Silom, a modern mixed-use complex in Bangkok’s central business district.
This move, effective July 24, involves both Generali Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited and Generali Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited. It aims to improve sustainability, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Arsh Kaumi, country manager and CEO of Generali Thailand, emphasised the importance of the workforce in this transition.
“At Generali Thailand, we believe that our greatest asset is our people. Our move to Park Silom represents more than just a change in location – it’s a bold step towards reimagining the future of work in the insurance industry,” he said.
Kaumi said the company adopted the hybrid work model and invested in a modern office environment to improve operational efficiency and transform employee support and empowerment.
“By embracing the hybrid work model and investing in a state-of-the-art office environment, we’re not just enhancing our operational efficiency; we’re fundamentally transforming how we support and empower our employees. This new chapter in our company’s history reflects our commitment to fostering innovation, well-being, and sustainable growth,” he said. “Aligning with the Generali Group’s mission to continuously improve people’s lives, this change is believed to not only benefit employee well-being but also result in elevated customer service levels.”
Generali Thailand said the new hybrid work model offers employees flexibility, allowing them to work from the office or other locations. This model includes the Smart Workplace format, with adaptable common areas for different work styles.
The office integrates smart technology and advanced security measures to enhance productivity. Located centrally, Park Silom provides convenient access to both the BTS and MRT. The building also prioritises green space and meets international green standards with LEED Gold Certification.
“This relocation is a testament to Generali’s vision of being a lifetime partner to our stakeholders, and we’re confident that it will drive us towards new heights of success and customer satisfaction. We look forward to welcoming our employees, partners, and clients to experience the future at our new Park Silom, head office,” Kaumi said.
