The programme features a five-day training session at INSEAD’s Fontainebleau campus in France.

The curriculum covers leadership, sales management, business planning, and trends in artificial intelligence (AI). Participants will also receive six months of coaching and continued access to an alumni network with masterclasses and events.

INSEAD’s dean of executive education and Asia campus, Sameer Hasija, said that the partnership equips FWD’s agency leaders with the knowledge and tools to succeed, benefiting their careers and clients.

“We look forward to witnessing the continued growth of FWD’s top talent as they navigate the dynamic landscape of the insurance industry,” he said.
