Cunningham Lindsey’s Taiwan operations will rebrand under the Sedgwick label, following the latter’s acquisition of the former’s global network last year.
The firm’s rebadging is part of Sedgwick’s efforts to align its resources around the world and integrate its operations, colleagues, and services in the Taiwanese market. Previously, the Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia markets have made the switch.
According to a statement by Sedgwick, with the integration of the two companies, its Taiwan branch will benefit from an extensive list of clients who are very interested in the size, scale and global reach of the company. Also, its local experts will have the support of Sedgwick’s global knowledge and access to high-quality training, best industry practices, and global resources.
Sedgwick currently has 21,000 professionals in 65 countries to serve employers, insurance companies, brokers, policyholders, and consumers.
“The brand change forms part of our planned expansion of the market leading international businesses,” said Ian V. Muress, CEO of Sedgwick International. “Having completed the acquisition, Sedgwick is now perfectly positioned for growth internationally and we have a tremendous opportunity to offer an end-to-end service solution to our new and existing clients around the world. Our strategic vision is to align our complementary services and further grow the reach to a scale that will shape and define the enhanced expertise and talent we can offer.”
