Trade credit insurer Coface has reaped two major awards at the Asian Banking and Finance (ABF) Insurance Asia Awards 2016, being named as “Asian Credit Insurer of the Year” and “Digital Insurance Initiative of the Year” for Singapore.
The Digital Insurance Initiative of the Year (Singapore) award was for the company’s launching of Easyliner and CofaMove. Easyliner is an online solution that protects SMEs against unpaid invoices. With this platform, quotations and contracts are available to clients in a matter of minutes. CofaMove, on the other hand, is the insurer’s mobile app that allows clients to manage their customer and supplier portfolio.
Meanwhile, the Asian Credit Insurer of the Year award is given to the best insurance provider as decided by a panel of judges. Coface operates in 13 markets in the Asia-Pacific region and has been providing its clients with localised services for almost 20 years.
“Coface successfully proved its excellent services in the industry. We are proud of this great recognition and would like to thank all our employees, partners and customers for their strong support which have made this possible,” said Fabien Conderanne, CEO of Coface Singapore.
