Toyota Tsusho Insurance Management Corporation (TIM) has joined Brokerslink broking network as an affiliate.
The recent addition of TIM is seen as a “major milestone” for the global broking business as it adds a household name and a range of insurance and broking options for Brokerslink’s current network partners and affiliates.
TIM offers various insurance services such as brokerage for corporates, insurance, reinsurance, captive management, global insurance program management, and risk consultancy.
The company was founded to provide broking services for Toyota Group companies.
Now, it provides services for global corporates.
Brokerslink chairman Jose Manuel Fonseca commented on the announcement, noting that TIM has a reputation for “quality, reliability, and technical excellence.”
“For them to choose Brokerslink as a global partner is testament to our own reputation and ability to provide access to opportunities and local expertise in markets around the world,” Fonseca said.
TIM President Masanori Shibata also commented on the partnership.

“Joining a network with a presence in over 130 countries around the world brings with it obvious benefits, we are looking forward to the mutual opportunities this will bring,” she added.
