BlueDuck’s platform provides end-to-end rental management services to both landlords and prospective tenants, such as rental collection services and maintenance request management. BlueDuck’s partnership with AXA is part of the insurer’s “Payer-to-Partner” strategy for expanding its digital distribution channels.

Under the partnership, BlueDuck members are entitled to one year of AXA’s SmartHome Optimum (Enhanced) protection, which includes sum insured of RMY10,000 for home contents and RMY130,000 for fire insurance. Damage to buildings caused by fire is covered by the fire insurance while damage to furniture is covered by home contents insurance.
