Aviva Plc continues its appointment spree with the insurance group’s third in a week.
This time it’s the turn of former Deutsche Bank human resources global head Pippa Lambert, who is joining Aviva in the New Year as an independent non-executive director.
“We are delighted to welcome Pippa to the board,” said Aviva chair George Culmer. “Pippa has significant experience working within various global financial services companies.
“She has an excellent record of delivery across a range of people strategies and transformation programmes. She will be a valuable addition to the board.”
Lambert’s credentials include time spent as group head of reward at the Royal Bank of Scotland. At Aviva she will become a member of three committees – remuneration; nomination and governance; and customer, conduct, and reputation.
