Lloyd’s insurer ArgoGlobal has appointed Veronica Grigg as senior executive officer for ArgoGlobal Asia, based in Singapore.
The appointment is effective in April, subject to regulatory approval. She will report to Matt Harris, ArgoGlobal’s head of Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Grigg brings over 25 years’ insurance industry experience to ArgoGlobal, with special focus on the Asia-Pacific markets. She joins from QBE Asia-Pacific, where she was head of distribution, major trading partners. In that role, she was in charge of establishing and enhancing channel, account, and partner strategies, and was instrumental in driving growth within the broker, affinity, and SME segments. Prior to this, Grigg was QBE’s global head of distribution, leading teams across Europe, the US, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.
