Concert Group Holdings, Inc announced the promotion of Scott Stosek (pictured above) to the roles of director of finance for Concert Group and chief financial officer of Harmony Re, its risk retention platform.

The newly created positions will see Stosek reporting to chief financial officer Michael Rybak.

Stosek joined Concert in 2021 as vice president and controller. Over the past three years, he has contributed to building the financial foundation for the company’s hybrid fronting carrier, according to chief executive officer John Hendrickson.

Before joining Concert, Stosek worked at Hiscox USA for six years, where he held progressively senior roles, including US lead for the finance transformation program. Earlier in his career, he served as senior accountant at Trustmark Insurance for two years.

Stosek holds a bachelor of science in business administration with a focus on accounting from Columbia College of Missouri and is a Certified Public Accountant.

“On any number of occasions, his commitment to finding solutions to a variety of market-related challenges has produced a positive result,” Stosek said. “I know Scott’s energy and drive will not only continue to have impact at Concert but will provide a critical skill set to the development of Harmony Re. I am delighted to have him on our team and congratulate him on this well-deserved promotion.”

Rybak also commented on Stosek’s promotion, highlighting his expertise and financial insights as essential to the company’s operations.

“I echo John’s comments,” Rybak said. “I know I can rely on Scott for expert guidance as well as astute financial acumen. He’s a real team player whose work ethic elevates all of us as we strive to deliver superior results for our business partners and shareholders.”
