It’s all change at international insurance broker and risk management firm Integro Insurance Brokers.
The company has today announced the departures of both Toby Humphreys and John Sutton. Humphreys was the company’s chairman, having led the firm since the acquisition of Humphreys Haggas Sutton & Co. in 2005; while Sutton was the firm’s president of international operations, also serving as a director at HHS prior to the switch to Integro.
“John and Toby have played an important role in building Integro into one of the strongest UK wholesale operations in the market while driving the firm’s international growth,” noted Integro CEO Bill Goldstein. “We are grateful and wish them well in their future endeavors. We thank them both for their leadership and partnership over the last 11 years.”

Now, however, the firm has a new leadership team in place in the form of Jason Collins and David Abraham, as co-heads of wholesale; Bob Pybus as head of retail; and Neil Clayton as head of entertainment and sport.
The incoming executives have extensive experience – both Collins and Abraham have been in the London market for more than 30 years, while Pybus was the co-founder of NPA Insurance Broking, and Clayton has worked in the industry for more than 25 years.
“Our leadership structure is consistent with the firm’s growth and focus on specialty areas,” Goldstein added. “It provides a close connection to the firm’s clients by design. This leadership team ensures exemplary client service.”
