Allianz Insurance has appointed Ibi Moghraby – who has been with
Allianz for 12 years – as director of business change.
Moghraby will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the business change activity across Allianz UK. Most recently, he was head of claims strategy and customer experience.
Since joining the firm on its corporate management graduate scheme, Moghraby has held several leadership positions at branch level – as head of SME direct markets in Lancaster and as managing director of Allianz Business Services Ltd.
“Ibi has a wealth of business and change experience having worked in various commercial roles,” noted Allianz chief operating officer Stephanie Smith. “I’m really pleased we have been able to promote from within and believe this appointment reflects Allianz’s continued investment in developing the talent of our people.”
Smith added: “Ibi‘s expertise, passion, and energy will be invaluable in this new role, and I look forward to working with him during this exciting time for the business.”
