Two major brokers are on the move in the UK.
Arthur J.
Gallagher (AJG) has new offices in Scotland, relocating into the heart of Aberdeen’s business quarter to strengthen its local presence.
The broker said its move to 56 Queens Road is part of its continued investment in Aberdeen to serve the city’s industries and citizens.
Tom Christie, AJG Aberdeen branch director, said that the new office is where the team “can best look after the diverse risk management and insurance needs of local businesses at a time when the challenges impacting the oil and gas industry are being felt across the local economy.”
“We know it’s important to sit at the heart of business communities, offering regional knowledge and local client service through a dedicated team,” Christie said.
Meanwhile, in London,
Towergate will complete its relocation to 55 Bishopsgate on March 6. Teams previously based at Mitre Street moved to the new office on Monday while teams based at Leadenhall Street will move next week.
From February 27 to March 3, all external client and supplier meetings will continue to take place at Leadenhall Street.
