AA Insurance has been recognised as one of the New Zealand businesses offering the most pleasing services to clients in the annual Reader’s Digest Quality Services Awards.
AA Insurance scooped both awards in the car insurance and home and contents insurance categories.
According to
Reader’s Digest, the awards provide consumers the opportunity to share their views about companies. It also provides the public with a list of companies they can turn to, knowing they can expect an excellent level of services.
“Companies that understand their success depends on maintaining customer expectations will always enjoy the edge over their competitors,” New Zealand
Reader’s Digest editor Louise Waterson said. “Category winners can be especially pleased with the results, as the survey has also revealed that New Zealanders are quick to reward exemplary service with repeat custom and information sharing.”
Other awardees include New World, Bridgestone/Firestone, Specsavers, Ryman Healthcare, Harcourts, TrustPower, Briscoes, Avis, and Subway to name a few.
Reader’s Digest polled 1,500 New Zealanders. All survey participants were aged eighteen or over, with a mix of genders, regions and ages.
