Frank Cowan Company yesterday announced that it has won two international marketing awards for its marketing efforts.

It was the American Association of Managing General Agents (AAMGA) that granted Frank Cowan the distinctions – the awards are presented to AAMGA members “who display excellence in advertising, social media and marketing with the most innovating newsletters, sales materials and websites,” a release said.

Winners of the AAMGA’s awards were announced at the trade association’s annual meeting in Orlando, Florida this year.

The insurer was recognized by the AAMGA for two things:
 
  • Frank Cowan’s 2017 marketing campaign, entitled “Choose to Make Your Community Safer” won first place for “Video Marketing.” The videos feature the company’s value added services.
 
  • The company’s own Specialty Programs & Associations monthly e-newsletter won third place in the “Marketing Newsletter” category.
