Edmonton -based Go Insurance on Tuesday unveiled a digital brokerage strategy for its auto insurance offering.
The broker tapped Applied Systems, a specialist in cloud-based brokerage management, to consolidate its business operations onto a single integrated software system, also including and extending its rating services and customer self-service offerings to increase client satisfaction, build client loyalty, and drive greater brokerage value.
