Economical Insurance was recently awarded the 2017 Insurance Canada Technology Award and the People’s Choice Award for the launch of its online direct brand, Sonnet.

Insurance-Canada.ca conferred the recognition to Economical during the 2017 Insurance-Canada.ca Technology Conference on February 28, 2017.

Sonnet’s unique user experience was built using Guidewire PolicyCenter to power the brand’s analytics and digital capabilities. Economical was capable of utilizing the platform through its partnership with Deloitte and BillingCenter.
