BFL Canada has hired three managing partners in Montreal with immediate effect.

Referring to Patrick Leroux, Stephen Atkinson, and Dan Coyle, BFL Canada president and chief operating officer Lisa Giannone (pictured) said: “These three major hires demonstrate BFL Canada’s commitment towards investing strategically in the acquisition of the best talents.

“This aligns perfectly with our unique business model and culture, as well as with our company’s vision and objectives, to further enhance BFL Canada’s position as a leader in the insurance brokerage and risk management industry.”

Leroux, renowned as a top client relationship officer and a leader in business development, brings more than three decades of experience. He will oversee all facets of brokerage, aiming to enhance BFL Canada’s value proposition and accelerate company growth.

With over 17 years in the sector, Atkinson is tasked with leading client engagement and value-creation initiatives.

With 17 years of industry experience and a robust background in business and underwriting, Coyle will drive broking and strategic efforts to foster BFL Canada’s profitable growth, improve customer interactions, and streamline business processes with insurers and vendors.
