Willis Towers Watson has announced that it has hired an industry veteran for its business.
Nidhi Malik will join the firm as a senior consultant in the talent and rewards team and will be based in Sydney.
Malik joins Willis Towers Watson from NAB and previously worked for both
Suncorp and
QBE.

“Our clients will reap the benefit of Nidhi’s insights and expertise; helping senior executives translate concepts and ideas into practical solutions that are commercially and ethically sound,” head of talent and rewards for Asia Pacific, Hamish Deery said.
Malik has 17 years’ experience in leading performance and reward projects within top 15 ASX-listed companies and her appointment highlights the scope of the Willis Towers Watson business following their merger in 2015.
The move comes a month after the international firm announced that Kevin Angelini would join the insurance consulting and software arm of the business as head of strategy.
Malik started with Willis on March 01.
