HDI Global has announced a pair of appointments for its claims management team.
The international firm has appointed David Lloyd as regional claims manager, ASEAN and Australasia, and Kevin Sullivan as claims manager. Both will be based in Sydney.

Lloyd joins the firm with more than 30 years’ experience in claims in both the Australian and London markets. Previously, he was claims director, Australia, for
QBE Europe, and was most recently head of technical claims at
Zurich.
“His appointment as regional claims manager underpins our growth aspirations in Australasia and the ASEAN region,” said Stefan Feldmann, managing director, regional head ASEAN and Australasia on Lloyd’s appointment.
Sullivan, who has over 25 years’ experience in Australia and London, most recently worked for QBE for close to seven years where he was senior technical claims officer in its major property loss team. Sullivan has also worked for ACE as well as numerous Lloyd’s brokers.
Feldmann said that HDI Global will benefit from the addition of an experienced property and engineering claims manager in Sullivan as his experience “will serve our clients and broker partners well as we are looking to grow.”
