Gallagher Bassett has continued its expansion with new appointments to its self-insurance division.
The third party claims service has announced that a new trio will lead the division with a renewed technical and customer service focus in the sector.
Stacey Williams, executive director, Ben Sheat, national self-insurance manager, and John Cvetko, national account manager, will take on the leadership roles within the division.
The self-insurance market is an evolving and growing section of the Australian insurance industry and Williams noted that it represents Gallagher Bassett’s fastest growing product.
“We bring a fresh approach to partnering with organisations, which ensures that we deliver an accountable, outcome-driven and customer-focused service,” Williams said.
The expansion comes during a busy time for the global firm in the Australian market.
Gallagher Bassett recently announced the launch of a new life and disability division, alongside the expansion of its catastrophe response team. In addition, a new general manager of specialty markets was revealed last month.
