The Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association (PARIMA) will hold its third risk conference for the year in Singapore this November.
Following the association’s conferences in Manila and Shanghai earlier this year, the Singapore conference will bring together 250 delegates and 30 speakers, imparting participants with their expert knowledge about the risk management and insurance industry.
Representatives from diverse sectors such as e-commerce, telecommunications, aviation, energy, automotive, hospitality, manufacturing, and construction will be in attendance, sharing a wealth of information and providing valuable networking opportunities.
Presentations at the conference will cover a wide range of topics, such as digitalisation, cyber & privacy risks, contractual risks, business continuity, audit & compliance, and more.
“In a challenging and dynamic region, the conference will address relevant topics for risk management professionals to be ready to face emerging risks and prepare better for the future,” said Franck Baron, chairman of PARIMA. “From business resilience & sustainability to crisis management and process improvement, PARIMA aims to continue raising risk practice standards.”
PARIMA is a not-for-profit organisation that has over 1,200 members from more than 800 companies. According to the association, it is working towards the development of the risk management industry, while providing a platform for risk and insurance managers to connect.
